A month-long celebration of art, history, and culture with our Voices of Venus Art Exhibition! This unique exhibition showcases the works of all-female local artists—Ellen Fairchild-Flugel, Rachel Fitzsimmons, and Shawna Marsh. Each artist brings her own perspective to the theme of feminine artistic concepts and abstract expressions, with a special focus on historical imagery. The exhibition includes evocative photographs from the Civil War era, stunning depictions of various dagger types, and powerful portraits of the pioneering women of the Shenandoah Valley.

This event will run for the entire month, except for Mondays, when we’ll be closed (17th, 24th, and 31st).

Special Wine Bundle Offer:

In honor of the Virginia Woman in Wine Trail, we’re offering an exclusive wine bundle at a discounted rate, featuring three beautifully crafted wines named after Greek Muses—the daughters of Zeus.

  • Thalia: A wine as vibrant and joyful as the muse of comedy and pastoral poetry. (White Blend of Marsanne & Roussanne)
  • Clio: A tribute to the muse of history, offering a rich and memorable experience. (Bordeaux Blend)
  • Erato: A wine inspired by the muse of love poetry, elegant and enchanting. (White Table Blend)

Come for the art, stay for the wine, and leave inspired!

Join Virginia Women in Wine for an inspiring evening with Janel Laravie, a trailblazer who turned bold ideas into thriving businesses. Originally from West Virginia, Janel built a successful career in digital advertising before taking a leap of faith in 2009 to launch Chacka Marketing, a nationally recognized agency and three-time INC 5000 honoree. But her entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop there.
In 2021, Janel and her husband purchased Wolf Gap Vineyard in Edinburg, VA, bringing her vision and business acumen to Virginia’s wine industry. In just three years, they quadrupled production and earned the title of #1 Winery Tour by Newsweek Magazine. Today, Janel balances life as a Mom, Wine Producer, and CEO, proving that passion and strategy can transform industries.
