At 6:30 p.m., indulge in a winemaker’s dinner, where you will be guided through each course, paired perfectly with our wines. Woman-owned business, Sauce Catering is creating a delicious menu, including Parmesan-Herb Stuffed Mushrooms, Shrimp with Smoked Tomato, an Early Spring Salad, Chicken Roulade, and Olive Oil Cake, ensuring a memorable experience.

Corry Craighill, winemaker and owner of Wound Tight will be taking over the bar at Ethos Wine & Tea in the heart of Charlottesville, VA.
