Wine Clubs are a major driver for winery sales and profitability, and focus on them is crucial for success. So how well is your Wine Club working for you? Is it growing as quickly as you would like it to? Is it profitable? How are you handling the logistics around it (structure, commissions, fulfillment logistics, etc)? How is your member retention? What sort of benefits do you offer to members? How do you approach “selling” it to your customers? Do you feel like you could be doing better, or do you have some burning questions to ask a like-minded group?
Facilitated by winery sales and marketing pro, Erin Robertson, this interactive session invites participants to ask questions, share experiences, and learn what’s working – and what’s not – from each other when it comes to your winery’s Wine Club.
The event will begin with a 30-minute meet-and-greet, followed by a 90-minute discussion. You’ll walk away with new insights, actionable ideas, and connections with peers facing similar challenges.
Stick around afterward for an optional “continue the conversation” wine hour to deepen your industry connections.
